Digital Transcription

AVR's online transcription service allows clients to log into a secure account and upload digital audio transcription. This is a secure, efficient Internet-based system which allows clients to work in the usual way using online methods. This added flexibility offers 24 hour access for clients who wish to upload their files, ensuring the service is available any time it is needed.

This online transcription service is compatible with Winscribe and most up-to-date digital transcription solutions.

After a client has dictated onto a digital recorder as normal, the following steps are taken:

1. Client saves the digital file onto their computer
2. The file is uploaded through a simple web interface
3. AVR are notified of the file
4. AVR's efficient turnaround times and quality of service ensures your transcription is dealt with immediately
5. Clients can view the progress of their assignments by simply logging on to the website with their own username and password.
6. The completed MS Word transcript is uploaded for the client
7. Client is notified of progress/completion

This web portal uses a database to record clients' accounts and transcription histories providing a useful audit of project's progress.
